Beginning Couples Practice Series

Beginning Couples Practice Series

This Beginning Couples Practice Series is a 3-part practice:

Part 1: The Masculine and Feminine partners will practice separately. The Masculine partner will practice the "3 Part Breath Chi Generator Practice" to learn how to cultivate the capacity to hold and circulate erotic energy. The Feminine partner will practice the "Feminine Pleasure Practice led by Nicholette Routhier" to learn to cultivate and amplify pleasure in your body.

Part 2: The Masculine and Feminine partners will then come together to practice "Presence and Devotion" to tune into masculine presence and feminine devotion to open your capacity for deep intimacy.

Part 3: You will now go on a 1-hour practice "dinner date," in which you will apply the practices you learned to a "real life" scenario. In addition to bringing the practices of breath & presence and pleasure & devotion, the Masculine partner will lead the date, as the "Master of Time and Space," making the decisions about where you will eat, how you will get there, what time you will meet up, keep time for the hour of practice, etc. and the Feminine partner will practice responsiveness, so every time you like the way your partner is leading you, make a pleasurable sound, like a moan or a purr, to show them that they are leading you well. Anytime you are not happy, you can offer an open-hearted hiss or foot stomp. If your partner recalibrates in a way that pleases you, you can moan or purr again. Continue this responsiveness practice throughout the duration of the 1-hour date.

At the end of the date, you will offer one another feedback in the form of "What I loved about that was..." and "What I would've loved more of was..."

Then bow to one another to close the 3-part practice.
