When you did not grow up with a trustable Masculine, chances are that you will not trust the current Masculine in your life. It’s not your fault but you should be aware of it. In these moments of not trusting, you can either withhold your love and keep yourself safe or you can open and reveal the stream of truth through your heart as you open. We have you practice these ways of revealing and responsiveness through the body. It’s about dancing with truth, the truth of your heart, the truth of your desire, the truth of your responsiveness. It’s all about truth. It’s not about performance. Be aware of the programming that tells you that it’s not safe to open unless it truly is not a safe physical and emotional situation. Most of this programming is a habit. You don’t have a block other than the story that you are telling yourself. You can be aware of this story and programming and still choose to reveal the truth of the moment anyway.
