Do you ever feel scattered—your energy pulled in a thousand directions, your focus fragmented by the noise of the world? Sitting in stillness, simply being with your breath and your heart, can feel unfamiliar—even unsettling. And yet, somewhere inside, you know there is something more. A deeper current waiting to be felt. A vast field of awareness just beyond the distraction.
In this 22-minute practice from The Embodied Men’s Leadership Training (Mt. Shasta, 2024), John guides participants through a powerful breath practice to clear energetic stagnation before dropping into a meditation that expands consciousness and presence.
If you are ready to use the breath as a bridge between activation and stillness, between form and vastness, this practice will guide you into the depth and width of your awareness—where clarity, power, and spaciousness reside.
If you have a question about this practice or any of the content in The Embodied Relationship Experience, we highly encourage you to bring it to John during one of our monthly Office Hours calls that are included with your membership. You can find the dates and times of the upcoming calls here: https://www.addevent.com/calendar/Hc585523
