Patterns and challenges are inevitable in our most intimate relationships. But how we meet them—how we respond, communicate, and create space—can either deepen connection or reinforce disconnection.
As we grow and evolve, we begin to recognize that there’s no one-size-fits-all response. Each moment invites a new level of awareness. Sometimes it’s through words. But often, it’s through the energetic and physical space we hold that true attunement begins—offering insight not only into our own internal experience, but into the hearts of those we love.
In this 40-minute compilation from Fierce Love (Austin, 2024), John guides participants into a deeper understanding of how to bring awareness to their patterns, orient toward truth, and communicate from a grounded, loving space—both within themselves and in relationship to others.
This teaching is an invitation to meet your own imperfections with compassion, to explore your relational patterns from a place of curiosity and truth, and to co-create the kind of space where love and safety can flourish.

From Guarded to Open Releasing the Bo...
You may have heard the phrase “the body keeps the score”—a reminder that our past experiences, especially trauma, are held not just in our minds, but in the tissues, posture, and breath of our bodies. In a similar way, the body also takes the shape of our inherited and conditioned patterns—protec...
