There are many elements that can contribute to an unhealthy relationship dynamic even when each partner has good will and is doing their best. Unhealed wounds from the past, disregulated nervous systems, and unspoken truths, for example, can taint the dynamic. You and your partner are committed to cultivating a healthy relationship dynamic, but you might be finding patterns or behaviors that are challenging to unwind.
In this video, from the June 23, 2020 Community Support call, John describes two primary responsibilities of the masculine and feminine: the masculine responsibility to take the lead in reconciling and healing an unhealthy relationship dynamic; and the feminine responsibility to express and respond from the truth of their heart through the body in the moment. He offers perspective and practices to shift an unhealthy dynamic.
