Revitalizing Morning Practice - Expand your Capacity to Receive
18m
Morning. The way you start your day can shift the way the rest of your day flows. If you have been struggling to find vitality, expansion and celebration in your morning, more ease, capacity and steadiness in your day, a practice based around movement and breath can quickly shift your state and have a ripple effect into the world and people around you.
In this practice, from The Embodied Men’s Leadership Training (EMLT) 2023 in Panamint, John leads you through a practice of awakening and opening the body through shaking, twisting, breathing, awareness and celebration. He guides you to places that you may not allow yourself to go, moments you may not allow yourself to have that are the keys to unlocking so much spaciousness in your life.
This 18 minute video will set the stage for you to step out into the world revitalized, with more capacity to love and receive the gifts that the world has to give you.

This practice is led for Masculine Practitioners, but could be completed by any practitioner, simply disregard the word “Masculine” and drop into the feeling body, allowing it to wake up and open to receive.
