Touch the Miracle of This Moment
7m 10s
Life moves fast. You may feel, at times, disconnected from your heart and the world around you, confused about which direction to turn next or that you can't seem to slow down the pace. You sense this vortex within and around you and have a desire to drop into stillness and feel the truth of the moment and the miracle that is life surrounding you.
In this short practice, John leads you into your body, the truth of the moment and gives you permission to feel the subtleties of your current experience. You will be guided to ask your body what it needs and expand your experience through amplified sensitivity beyond yourself into the Cosmos.
If you're looking for a moment of stillness, this 7 minute video will guide you there with breath and awareness.
