Dharti Hai Akash Hai Guru Ram Das Hai

You may be feeling lost and in need of support. You have desires and visions for your life, but you may be uncertain how to bring them to fruition. You want guidance from the deepest source of consciousness and are unsure where to find it.
This is a prayer mantra John taught live at the 2019 Embodied Men's Leadership Training retreat in the California Panamint Valley Desert for powerfully declaring your visions and desires from deep consciousness, and projecting them out into the world.
If you are seeking a practice for manifesting your deepest desires and visions, this 18-minute video offers a powerful pathway.
Sit on the floor with your spine long & tall, your navel pulled in, and your sacrum tucked down and plugged into the earth. Close your eyes. Bring your thumb and forefinger together on your thighs as close to your knees as possible without rounding your shoulders forward or collapsing your heart.
From the navel, you will chant the following mantra, as if spreading an earth-toned laser across the ground in front of you: Dharti Hai
Then you will chant, as if sending out a blue light from your third eye: Akash Hai
Last, sending a white light from your heart, you will chant: Guru Ram Das Hai
Then put it all together: Dharti Hai Akash Hai Guru Ram Das Hai
Call to mind a vision of your heart's desire and keep it in mind as you chant for 11 minutes.
John asserts that the level of your prayer is connected to how powerfully you chant the mantra, so chant from the part of you that is the deepest consciousness.
After 11 minutes, let the chant come down to a whisper, and then silent only in your mind. Then take two deep breaths to seal the prayer in your heart and body.
