Feminine Desire Mantra Movement Practice Led by John and Nicholette Routhier
21m
As a woman, it can be difficult to touch the true expression of your feminine desires. You may have been told that fully owning and expressing your desires is magnetic to the masculine and the world. But your desires might feel ephemeral and, therefore, challenging to fully claim through your body, let alone express to your beloved.
In this practice guided by John and Nicholette Routhier, you will use a combination of feminine embodiment and mantra to explore pathways to feeling, expressing, and magnetizing your deepest desires. The practice begins on hands and knees with the "Earth Communion Cat Cow" practice, moving your spine with pleasure in concert with pulse of the earth. As you deepen into the practice, you will call to mind your deepest desire in love and allow it to be fully expressed through your body. At the peak of this practice, you will speak and embody the following mantras: "My desire is magnetic," "My devotion is magnetic," "My yearning is magnetic," "I am so beautiful," and "God, I am an instrument of your love." You will practice moving your body in the fullest expression of each mantra. We recommend doing this practice to the song "Bountiful, Blissful, Beautiful" by Bachan Kaur.
If you crave a deeper embodied claim and expression of your desires, this 21-minute practice will open the pathway.
