Embodied Grounding Breath Practice
10m
The following practice was recorded live by John Wineland for his proprietary "2021 Valentines Intensive". All rights reserved.
In this practice, from 2021 Valentines Intensive, John leads both Feminine and Masculine practitioners into a simple embodied grounding breath practice to help energize and amplify more presence, focus and grounding while staying aware of the body and rooted into the earth.
For this practice:
You can be seated in a chair or on a zafu or cushion on the floor. The idea is if you are in a chair, to have your feet planted firmly into the ground. If you are on the floor on a cushion, you will want to be sitting in such a way where you can feel your sit bones and sacrum pressing into the floor.
