This week's practice is also from the tradition of QiGong. This was taught to John by his teacher David Deida. It's a great one for learning to stay open in the midst of life's challenges and discomfort. You'll open channels in your body and strengthen your nervous system to handle all varieties of feminine energy.
Do this practice a minimum of 10 minutes a day, every day in Week 6.
Do this practice every day in Week 7; at least once with a masculine practice partner.
