Pelvic Floor Breathing and Sat Kriya
55m
If you are looking for a complete morning practice or you want to generate more life force, energy, and power to fuel your purpose, this 55 minute practice from the June 2022 EMLT Intensive in Beyul, Colorado will be a great fit.
The practice begins by bringing energy and aliveness to the body, gathering additional energy from the Earth and the Cosmos, before moving into 3 rounds of Wim Hof breathing, resting in deep awareness during the rest between each round. Next, you’ll bring awareness to the pelvic floor, learning to breathe into it so that it expands in all directions, increasing your overall breath capacity. From there, you’ll move into a round of Ego Eradicator, enlivening the body again before dropping back into a meditation on the heart, pelvic floor, and awareness itself. The practice ends with Sat Kriya, bringing massive amounts of energy and power to your root and pelvic floor.
Reconnected with your inner fire and power, you are now ready to step into your day. What part of your life needs your newly cultivated fierce intention? How will you offer your practice as a gift to the world?
