Receiving the Love of The Divine Feminine
38m
Love and nourishment from the Feminine is always available–if we could only slow down, come into presence, and let it in. But due to childhood wounding or our stories about our deservingness, many of us have difficulty receiving. So we feel the opposite–unnecessarily depleted and ever-hungry for love.
In this 38 minute practice from the 2022 Embodied Men’s Leadership Training, John guided the men through a powerful and healing practice designed to expand their capacity to receive. Using breath, imagery, and sexual energy you may discover that “She” in her many forms has been loving and trying to love you your entire life.
Whether you are wanting to experience more nourishment from nature, from the feminine in your partner, or from Life itself, this practice will open your breath, body, and heart and expand your capacity to receive.
Who this practice is for:
This practice was part of EMLT (our 6-month men’s program) so many of the cues are specific to men and to men desiring a feminine partner. Some of the cues are also sexual in nature. As with any practice, be aware of your own edge. If John offers an instruction or visualization that doesn’t feel right, simply choose something that is a better fit for you.
Practice setup:
You will be lying down for the entire practice. Consider using a yoga mat or blanket to make yourself comfortable.
Reminder:
If you have a question about this practice or any of the content in the Virtual Workshop, we highly encourage you to bring it to John during one of our monthly Office Hours calls that are included with your membership. You can find the dates and times of the upcoming calls here: https://www.johnwineland.com/streaming
