Spinal Flex Warm-up and Meditation
9m 4s
You may struggle with staying connected to our own pleasure in an intimate moment with your partner. John believes that before deepening intimacy with your partner, you have to learn to get intimate with yourself first.
In this practice for women, John guides a warm-up of your spine while focusing on opening your heart and the central channel of your body, with the invitation to make it an offering of pleasure to the Divine Masculine. You will then do a Kundalini yoga practice called a Sufi Grind, enlivening pleasure in your cervix and womb. The practice ends with a meditation in which you will become intimate with your own breath.
If you would like a practice that you can do anytime to cultivate more intimacy within yourself first, begin with this 10-minute practice.
