The Art of Amplifying Love - Part Two
20m
It can be scary to open your heart, especially after having been hurt, dropped, or heartbroken. Keeping your heart closed and protected keeps you safe, but it can also become difficult to stay connected to your own heart’s truth.
In this compilation of teaching sessions from the August 2018 Embodied Women's Weekend Intensive in New York, John answers dozens of questions about love, life, relationships, and the Masculine, and he offers guidance toward reconnecting with the truth of your heart. He gives a moment-by-moment meditation for someone in their feminine essence to ask, "Am I clamping down on love, or am I amplifying love?"
The common mistake people make is to limit love energy to sweetness, sexiness, etc., but there is a full range of love energy, or "love light," as David Deida refers to it, from delight to anguish, starlight to volcanos, playfulness to fierceness, and our bodies are the amplifiers of that love light. The feminine practice, therefore, is the moment-by-moment revealing of your heart's deepest truth as it is expressed through your body, and to recognize, and choose to open, when you find yourself closing your heart.
If you would like to expand your capacity to connect with the truth of your heart, this 2-part compilation will open a pathway.
