In this practice, from The Art of Spiritual Intimacy Immersion 2020, John leads couples in a polarity practice offering textures of Feminine and Masculine energies as sexual gifts to deepen love, connection and consciousness in a moment of sexual intimacy.
To begin:
You’ll start this practice either sitting or standing as you face your partner. Looking into each other’s left eyes, begin taking deep breaths together to sync up your nervous systems.
Masculine partners, feel into the earth, feel into the ground, soften your heart, deepen your breath with the feeling of “I’ve got you.” As soon as you can, begin to match her breath and relieve your partner’s need to control her breath. You are holding the structure so she can fully let go of holding any structure.
Feminine partners, allow your structure to be held and amplify the feelings flowing through your body.
As the masculine provides structure through breath and the feminine provides energy through movement, follow John’s instructions as he guides the feminine through textures of seductress and warrioress and the masculine into fierce devotional presence.
In the middle of the recording, John shifts into a beautifully nourishing practice of feedback and commitment.
