In this practice from The Valentine's Immersion 2022, John leads partners through a solo breath practice to enliven the body and open the heart before inviting them into connection to share and meet the essence of each other’s deepest heart’s desires. Both partners will have the opportunity to give generously, receive deep nourishment, and liberate love.
Who this practice is for:
This practice can be done by practitioners at all levels. John offers numerous cues and questions to help you and your partner uncover the desires you’d most like to explore. Before beginning to meet any desires, John makes space for the giving partner to negotiate their boundaries and share how they are willing to meet the desires of the receiving partner.
Reminder:
Before beginning any partner exercise, especially those that involve working with polarity and sexual energy, it’s always a good idea to take a few minutes to discuss your needs, desires, and boundaries with your partner. If you need to pause at any point during the practice, simply raise your right hand. This is a cue for your partner to come to stillness and breathe with you. Take as much time as you need. If or when you feel connected with yourself and your partner, you can lower your hand and resume the practice.
