· To make art rather than be repulsed in your own judgment

· Effort is needed in the beginning of practicing this new art or skill

· How to expand and practice in the gross so that you can live from the subtle

· How to allow the subtle openings and closings of her body to inform your practice

· What she’s asking for and what she might not even know she truly needs

· How to be grounded and have your heart broken wide open
