Expand Your Capacity for Love

As a man, you may have learned that focusing your awareness would support you in expanding your capacity to be with more—more love, more feminine energy, more of life’s storms… but you may not know where to start.
This is a short practice for training your awareness to focus on both the external world and your internal world at the same time. In this practice, John guides you to sit in stillness with a straight spine, feet firmly on the floor or in a cross-legged position, eyes closed, hands on your thighs, and your breath smooth and deep. Then he instructs you to find your Essential Masculine—the part of you that is unchanging, never-ending, deep and infinite consciousness. Then, maintaining 50% of your awareness on that place, you will bring 50% of your awareness to feel out into the world.
If you want to expand your capacity to hold more in your awareness, this 4-minute practice is a great one to take on.
