For The Feminine : Practices

38m
You are craving to connect more deeply with your feminine essence and learn how to express its gifts more fully, but in your life as it stands right now, it feels unreachable.
This is a feminine practice led by Nicholette Routhier, Ali Kegley Kole and Erin Kinney for the 2020 Embodied Women's Relationship Immersion. This three-part practice guides you through three essential expressions of the feminine: pleasure, deep emotion, and radiating love.
If you want a beautiful and expansive way to connect with your feminine essence, try this 38-minute practice.
Prior to your practice, prepare a comfortable and private practice space that will allow you to relax and move your body freely with your eyes closed. Also prior to your practice, prepare a 30-minute playlist and set aside an uninterrupted period of time in which you can stay in practice the entire time. You will be guided to begin your music about 6 minutes into the recording.
Below are the songs used during the live practice if you would like to follow along:
Holy Water by MURU
Conga Jog by Al Gromer Khan
Quick Musical Doodles by Two Feet
Various Storms & Saints by Florence + The Machine
Wicked Game by Daisy Gray
Not About Angels by Jasmine Thompson
Azur by Troels Hammer
Ik Ardas Wahe Guru by White Sun
Silent Track by Mike Vargas
