As a woman, you may find yourself craving MORE—more love, more presence, someone who can hold more of you. Feminine energy is infinite and expansive, and can often be more than most masculine partners can hold.
In this practice from the February 2019 Art of Loving Fiercely Intensive in Santa Monica, John and Nicholette Routhier guide you through a feminine practice, in which you will bring pleasure into your body as an invitation to the Divine Masculine. This is a powerful practice for experiencing being filled and loved in the deepest way.
You will begin lying on your back on a mat, rug, sheepskin, or bed, in a place with complete privacy and without the possibility of interruption. The first half of the practice is a feminine intuitive movement practice that progresses from a "pelvic rock" practice on your back, to a "cat cow" practice on your hands and knees, to an "intuitive movement pleasure" practice, to a standing "shaking" practice, and concluding with a "brushing" practice. You will then bring yourself to your back for the second half of the practice, in which John will guide you through a solo intimate practice with the Divine Masculine using the Tantric Rose breath practice.
John often says that “sex is the deepest yoga.” By allowing yourself to be held, filled and penetrated by the loving Divine, you can practice opening your body and heart in a deep way. If you are yearning to trust a masculine partner to hold your wild, expansive feminine heart, this 51-minute practice will be a beautiful opening.

The Embodied No Practice with Nichole...
One of the most challenging truths to speak, especially for a woman, is your “No.” This is not your fault. For centuries, women have been dismissed, hurt, chastised, and punished for their “No.” It can, therefore, be difficult to identify your “No,” let alone claim it through your body.
