Do you find it challenging to bring the emotions and energy you feel inside your heart to the surface - through your expression, your communication, or your love?
You may have learned at some point that it wasn’t safe to fully express your truth. And yet, something in you knows it’s time to break free from what holds that expression back. The truth you carry is not a problem to fix - it is a gift to be revealed and received.
In this 60-minute practice from The Art of Sacred Intimacy (Austin, 2025), John guides participants through a partnered experience where each person bears witness to the other’s truth, while simultaneously offering their own truth as a form of love.
This is a practice of living and giving truthfully through your body. One that creates space for deeper connection, mutual safety, and the liberation that comes when truth is fully seen and met with love.
