You'll learn:

- bringing more breath allows us to be less reactionary in triggering relational moments
- have a few things in your back pocket that are more artful than your habitual reactions (i.e. "Ouch, baby.")
- you can choose to be more artful in your relationship in service of love, beyond your and your partner's preferences
- it is the responsibility of the more practiced partner to keep the relationship in the flow of love
- by taking responsibility for the flow of love, the relationship will be more resourced
- the more masculine-identified a person is, the more they'll need support to be redirected into the flow of love through the feminine
- all of our problems emerge from the clarity of our intention and the quality of our energy
- the masculine in all of us tracks and accounts for resource management
- before putting energy into a relationship, get clear about your deepest needs and then find out if your potential partner wants and is able to meet your needs - this is self-love
- you know you've identified your needs when you imagine them being met and they feel good and relaxing
- if you aren't meeting each other's needs, your relationship will feel painful
- how you can bring feminine responsiveness to express to your masculine partner what feels good & evoke more depth
- why being a yes to your partner's process is an important practice for the health of your relationship
- why resourcing and nourishing yourself is so important for your relationships - this is your responsibility in relationship
- after you become triggered, ask yourself what you are making it mean
- the most effective way that John has found to move trauma is by shaking it through the center column of your body
- how you can set healthy boundaries with your family while also honoring your own needs
- we all need to know, regardless of gender, what part of our partner we are working with - the masculine (clarity, strategy, directionality, etc.) or the feminine (emotions etc.); then we will know how to work with it most effectively

Homework Assignment: Get clear on the needs that are most active in your heart and take responsibility for moving in the direction of honoring them fully.
