This breath practice as led by John at the May 2019 Embodied Men's Leadership Intensive in Mount Shasta, includes 3 rounds of 30 breaths. Sit in a grounded position on the floor or in a chair. You will inhale 100% of your air through your mouth, engaging the entire torso with your inhale, and then exhale 80% of your air through the mouth. After each round, you will hold the exhale and then hold the inhale in meditation as guided by John.
