Love is not separate from you—it moves through every breath, every gesture, every moment of your life. It pulses through your body, weaves through your words, and lingers in every interaction. You can feel it. You know it is there. But do you let it move through you? Do you allow yourself to be fully expressed as love?
If you struggle to connect with the love that already exists within you—to move it, amplify it, and offer it freely—this practice will support you in awakening that flow.
In this 60-minute partner practice from The 1000-Hour Teacher Training (Mt. Shasta, 2024), John leads participants through a practice of feeling, expanding, and witnessing the blossoming of love—both within themselves and in another.
If you are ready to fully experience the pulse of love that is always present, this practice will bring you into a state of expansion—allowing you to play with your unique energetic signature of love and bring it more fully into the world.
If you have a question about this practice or any of the content in The Embodied Relationship Experience, we highly encourage you to bring it to John during one of our monthly Office Hours calls that are included with your membership. You can find the dates and times of the upcoming calls here: https://www.addevent.com/calendar/Hc585523
