The Feminine is bursting with life, love, energy and expression. It’s ever flowing. Her mood, like the weather, changes moment to moment. The truth of her heart may be soft and supple, like the fresh grass after the rain, and the next moment, fast and sharp like a bolt of lightning. You yearn to support and hold all of her, but you are unsure where to start.
In this 45 minute practice from The Art of Sacred Intimacy, 2024 in Austin, John guides you into a space where you can be an Embodied Yes to All of Her.
Press your awareness into her so that she feels the depth of your heart. Your embodied Yes is the greatest gift you can give her. Breathe Deep and surrender into the energy of “Yes, my love.”
At the start of the practice, John will be speaking to the men, guiding them into their breath and grounding them.
Women, you can sit in front of your partner while he takes his awareness deep, or wait until minute 05:09 to enter and sit in front of him.
If you have a question about this practice, or any of the content in The Embodied Relationship Experience , we highly encourage you to bring it to John during one of our monthly Office Hours calls that are included with your membership. You can find the dates and times of the upcoming calls
