Alan Watts once said, “You didn’t come into this world. You came out of it, like a wave from the ocean.” And so, there is something vast, ancient, and fluid moving through you—what we might call the ocean within.
In this 46-minute practice from The Art of Sacred Intimacy (Austin, 2025), Kendra Cunov invites feminine practitioners into an embodied exploration of that pulse. A practice where movement, sound, and breath are not directed, but discovered—each gesture emerging from the wave-like intelligence of the body.
What would it feel like to be moved by the pulse of love? To let go of habit, effort, and form, and allow yourself to be danced by something deeper—something that pulses through your hips, fingers, chest, and voice?
This is a practice of surrender. Of pleasure. Of remembering the body as a vessel for life’s current. Let yourself be moved.

You may have heard the phrase “the body keeps the score”—a reminder that our past experiences, especially trauma, are held not just in our minds, but in the tissues, posture, and breath of our bodies. In a similar way, the body also takes the shape of our inherited and conditioned patterns—protec...
