Bringing your wildness to your partner can feel intimidating. And, to bring it with the perfect blend of wildness and love may feel impossible. And yet, it is often what your partner most desires from you; to feel you wild and unabashedly in love, simultaneously. To bring your sacred primal nature with your wide open heart. But where, and how do you start?
In this 30 minute practice from The Art of Sacred Intimacy, London 2023, John gives you permission to connect with your wild nature, while maintaining a tether to your heart, so that you and your partner can find the depth of love you both crave.
As you find the perfect blend of Wild Love, the question to return to again and again is “What would serve love in this moment? More of your partner’s wild love? More of your partner's heart? This practice will allow you to play with the titration of the two and practice responsiveness and attunement to your heart in the moment.
This practice begins with Reed Breath. In this breath practice you will breath in and out of your mouth as if sipping through a straw while bringing a subtle rock to your hips. The Reed Breath stokes the fire in your root chakra and helps you tap into your primal nature - Your wild man and wild woman.
