Filtering What Is Real: Projection, Judgement, Resentment

It is often hard to discern what is truth and what is projection. We tend to filter what is real through the lens of our own experience, which can lead to judgment and resentment. When you are able to pull the threads of your reactions, you are able to discover that oftentimes they are rooted in childhood wounds. The work, then, is to lean into a new way of exploring, observing, and interacting with the world, through our bodies, to discern what is the truth of the moment.
In this 10 minute compilation from The 1000 Hour Teacher Training 2024, in Austin, John and Kendra discuss various aspects of projections, judgements, and resentment, their origins, and how they can show up in day to day life and relating.
If you desire to take a closer look at the projection, judgements, and resentments that show up in life, this compilation will provide you with a foundation of where to start.
