Anger can be one of the most difficult emotions to feel fully with any openness or depth. Without a clear structure for expression, it has the potential to become distructive, rather than constructive.
In this practice, John guides a Kundalini yogic practice that provides structure for feeling, moving and opening through anger. It is safe to do as often as needed, and can even become a daily practice for expanding your capacity to be with your own anger. The practice completes with a meditation for smoothing out and clearing blockages in the center column, which is a common place for unexpressed emotion to become stuck in your body.
If you would like to expand your capacity to feel, move, and open through anger, start with this 8-minute practice.
