You crave a deeper connection in your intimacy, but you are unsure how it can become anything other than superficial and habitual. Learning how to attune to your partner’s breath and track their subtle body while they are running erotic energy will profoundly impact the depth of your intimacy.
In this three-part breath practice, John will demonstrate how one partner can open their body while cultivating erotic energy while the other partner tracks, and eventually directs, the movement of that energy with their hands. You will learn how to pack energy into the center of your body (This is called “qi packing”) and circulate that energy through a wave-like motion that opens the front channel of your body.
You will enliven and energize your feeling-bodies in this 7-minute yogic practice, which will enhance your capacity to stay deeply connected to one another the next time you make love.
