Love is dynamic. A constant ebb and flow. We aspire to meet those ebbs and flows with our practice in the art of love. There are many ways we can open to, embrace, and touch on our individual flavors and textures in love. Some of these may be easy, habitual, or even comfortable. But, often the ones that will light up your partner and shift the energy between you two, are the ones that are more challenging, edgy and scary to reveal.
In this 25 minute compilation from The Art of Sacred Intimacy, July 2023, in London, John answers questions from participants related to to their personal explorations on the textures of love they want to bring into relating.
Some of these questions are:
• Finding the language, description and texture of the energy that you desire to move towards
• Being met in love and evoking a higher experience (Discussion about 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stage of relating)
• The merging of (seemingly) contradictory energies
•. Fear of intense primal energy
• Opening from a Closed heart
If you are curious about how to expand your range and move more fluidly with the ebbs and flows of love, this compilation will give you insight and inspiration on how to incorporate and embody various textures into your relationship to deepen love and expression.
