Expand Your Capacity for Love

If you look back through your past, you will inevitably find that you have hurt others, and that you have been hurt by others. This is particularly true in romantic relationships. We can choose to let history remain, or we can actively shift the karma we have created within past relationships. Reconciliation is an energetic and shamanic process that has you take a magnifying glass to past relationships to fully own the role you played in their rise and fall. When you are able to clear the lingering energies of past relationships, you are able to step out into the world, and future relationships, with more clarity and freedom.
In this 16 minute compilation from The 1000 Hour Teacher Training, July 2023 in London, John introduces the concept of Reconciliation and discusses the far reaching benefits of this process.
If you feel that you are holding on to anything, or feel hooks from a past relationship, completing a reconciliation inventory can help you clear your energy and shift your relational karma.
Following this compilation, you can learn more, and be guided through a reconciliation journaling practice with John and Kendra Cunov in this compilation https://johnwinelandstreaming.vhx.tv/videos/the-relationship-reconciliation-inventory
