The Healing Power of Forgiveness
Expand Your Capacity for Love

Within every heart lies a yearning to be fully seen, deeply felt, and unconditionally loved. The truths you’ve hidden, the textures of your being you’ve tucked away for fear of rejection, are the very gifts the world is aching to receive. Can you reveal these truths to invite your partner to meet you more fully? To allow “She Who Must Be Felt” to be wholly seen, accepted, and cherished, so the burdens of the past can dissolve into love and freedom?
In this practice from The Art of Sacred Intimacy, Austin, 2024, John guides participants into a sacred space of loving acceptance. The feminine practitioner is invited to reveal the most unguarded expression of her heart, while the masculine practitioner holds her with unwavering presence, creating a container of safety and love.
This practice arcs from full expression to the radiant offering of universal forgiveness. With the breath as your guide, and the words “I forgive you, please forgive me” flowing from your heart, the practice becomes a powerful ritual of healing—releasing past pain, bridging emotional divides, and restoring love’s fullness in both partners.
If you have a question about this practice, or any of the content in The Embodied Relationship Experience, we highly encourage you to bring it to John during one of our monthly Office Hours calls that are included with your membership. You can find the dates and times of the upcoming calls here:
