Moving Between Masculine & Feminine Closure & Sacred Practice with Nicholette
Expand Your Capacity for Love

20m
Whether you primarily identify in your masculine or in your feminine, at some point in your life, you likely have experienced closure—of your heart, mind, attitude, or spirit. Closure often comes as a source of protection, but its barriers can cut us off from our deep connection to love and consciousness. You can work with closure in various ways, such as exploring its causes, bringing mindfulness to it, and opening through it.
This practice led by Nicholette Routhier is inspired by the structure of the 3 Stages taught by David Deida and guides you to practice opening through closure in an embodied way by moving in and out of closure to sacred practice. You will do this in both the masculine and feminine energetics. Begin standing and prepare to be in a place in which you can fully express yourself without interruption.
If you would like to expand your capacity for love by opening through closure, this 20-minute embodiment practice will offer you a way to stretch that muscle.
