In this practice from The Valentine's Immersion 2022, John will lead you through a solo breath practice to bring you into your body, to release any fear, sadness, shame, tension, or resentment over to the Divine, to honor the beauty and sacredness of your own heart, and to feel free as the love that you are.
Who this practice is for:
This practice can be done by practitioners at all levels. If you are new to breathwork, this breathing technique can be intense if done at the pace John demonstrates. If you begin to feel too much sensation at any time, simply slow your breathing down to a pace that feels safe for you.
Reminder:
This practice is intended to serve practitioners of all levels so you’ll hear John give a variety of cues and suggestions. If any of them aren’t a fit for you or don’t feel right for where you are at in this moment, simply disregard them or replace them with what would feel good to you.
