Practice - Opening The Heart Through Breath
For Sacred Intimacy

As a masculine practitioner, your breath is one of the most direct ways to transmit presence, power, and love. It is how the feminine feels your heart — not as performance, but as truth.
Can you allow your breath to carry what is most alive in you? Can you trust that your undefended heart is enough?
In this 13-minute partner practice from The Art of Sacred Intimacy (Austin, 2025), John guides participants into a shared field of breath and presence. The masculine practitioner offers his power through breath and heart. The feminine receives it through her hands, her body, and her heart — showing him how his breath nourishes her.
This is a practice of witnessing and being witnessed. Of bringing power not as force, but as a gift. Let it remind you that to be fully human, open-hearted, and unguarded is the deepest offering of all.
