- the return to a habitual state after a big opening is called "homeostasis;" any thoughts you have out of this state come from your childhood programming, and are very normal

- a practice of self-care in which you hold your younger self, soothe them, and then light them up
- how you can move through the three stages of wanting more love
- honoring your own needs fully is the portal for healing
- a practice for being with your own needs in relationship: be with the deep need fully in the base of your heart, feel the part of you that grieves the need not being met, and meet your need in your own heart as an act of self-love
- how you can recognize, heal and transcend the roles that you habitually play in relationships; this is how we can attract people who meet our needs
- anytime you're not with your own need in relationship, you're disassociated from your own heart
- ways that you can deepen in your relationship
- John's approach to dating: "deepen your practice, let them appear" and then explore: What does life want you to give them? Then give your gift fully & unabashedly.
- the difference in giving from depth and giving from your habitual roles
- a masculine on purpose will be less interested in intimacy than the feminine
- how you can bring the masculine into their body without demand
- gifting your partner what they need more than what they know that they need is 3rd stage practice
