The twenty-ninth Virtual Workshop "Office Hours" group coaching call with John. You'll learn:

- It's normal to have a charge around the concepts of Masculine and Feminine. They've been misused for a long time. Our effort is to reclaim them as natural phenomena for tools of understanding relationship.
- We all have both a Masculine and Feminine - the latent (unchanging, infinite and at the core of things, like a black hole) and the manifest (all that is living, energetic, fluid, and moving, like starlight).
- There is a spectrum between these polarities.
- We are born at some point on the spectrum. For example, John is 60% masculine and 40% feminine.
- You get to choose how to cultivate the capacities of the other polarities to expand your capacity in relationship.
- The part of you that needs to know your direction, overworks, and judges your wild feminine heart is your toxic masculine. It's often generational and societal.
- Our true Masculine does very little. We're being, still, and simply directional. This is our Sacred Masculine. Our Awareness.
- Our Sacred Masculine becomes aware of what is needed to liberate the moment and create truth, freedom, love, and consciousness. Our capacity to do it is our Sacred Feminine. The Sacred Feminine is the "doer" of sacred truth.
- A practice to unify and integrate two energies/polarities in your body that you are in conflict with and give them a space to be. (See an example below).
- You can bring the integrated practice of Sacred Masculine and Feminine to your work.
- You can bring Sacred Masculine capacity to other people's upset in your work to let them feel seen and heard without becoming reactive or defensive. This part of you can be with upset and feel what will cultivate more openness in the moment.
- This is the exploration: Can you feel Consciousness and Love instead of your own reactivity?
- From resting in the infinite, you can feel and 'know' what is needed in any moment.
- Most of us underestimate how much nourishment we need in order to hold everything we need to hold.
- You can tap into the flow of love and energy quickly and subtly by using the "sea kelp" practice.
- In Warrior practice, the difference between a Barbarian and a Knight is heart - it's the practice of adding your heart to your fierceness and bringing fierceness for the sake of love.
- Selfishness is a byproduct of a fear that our needs are not going to get met.
- Becoming clear about your needs will deepen your relationships and make it possible for others to try to meet your needs.
- You can begin this practice by seeing the ways in which your partner already tries to meet your needs.
- The essence of spiritual practice is to bring worship and devotion to the part of them that is the expression of what you need to evoke something deeper from your partner as a gift of generosity.
- Your capacity to look for depth, presence, fierceness, purpose etc. in every man and bring your devotional heart to those parts will deepen them, as a gift.
- Learning how to cultivate your devotion and responsiveness for yourself, all of humanity, and the Divine is the primary practice, rather than waiting for a partner to meet you.
- You have the empowerment to evoke in each other that which is sacred. It takes intention and the capacity to give beyond your preferences.
