Meditation for Freeing Masculine Burden
For The Masculine : Practices

Many men (and women!) feel burdened or trapped in their lives, and yet, no matter what you do—however many new jobs you find, new relationships you seek, vacations you take etc., you never really feel free.
In this practice from the 2019 Embodied Relationship Training Salon with John and Kendra Cunov, you will connect to the place in your heart that feels burdened, trapped, constrained, and is aching for freedom, and then feel out to infinity & inward to the vast internal universe within you, touching the infinite freedom found in your own Essential Masculine.
Sit with your eyes closed in an upright seated position with your spine tall and strong while pressing the souls of your feet to the ground. Breathe deeply and smoothly into your lower abdomen and relax the center column of your body. You will then connect to the place in your heart that feels burdened and then make a sound, giving yourself the permission to feel and express the pain in that place. Then, once you have touched that place fully, you will begin to feel out to infinity from the center of your heart, and then deep into the vast cosmos of the very core of you.
If you are plagued by burden and nothing seems to help, try this 15-minute practice and connect to the freedom that is available in any moment through your Essential Masculine.

Macrocosmic Orbit Practice
For many men, self-pleasure is fast, shallow, disconnected, and numb. This is, unfortunately, because the societal norm is to hide self-pleasure, keeping it wrapped in a blanket of shame. As a result, it can be difficult to bring presence, depth, and capacity to your love-making. This is not your...
