What makes a man truly trustworthy? Beyond words, intentions, and past actions, trust is something others can feel through our presence, our integrity, and our willingness to take responsibility for all parts of ourselves, including those we would rather keep hidden.
In this teaching from The Embodied Men's Leadership Training (Mt. Shasta, 2026), John explores how breath, posture, attention, and embodied presence shape the trust we inspire in others. He also speaks to the importance of responsibly accessing and integrating our darker, shadow aspects rather than repressing them. Drawing on his own experiences with taboo and shadow work, John reveals how unowned parts of ourselves can undermine trust, intimacy, and attraction, while conscious integration allows these energies to become powerful allies.
An insightful teaching on masculine integrity and embodied leadership, this session invites men to deepen their presence, own their darkness, and become more trustworthy in their relationships and in the world.
