When the weight of life pulls you into fatigue, fog, or disconnection, it’s easy to search outside yourself for answers - more caffeine, a workout, something to fix the feeling. But true vitality doesn’t come from outside. It begins with you, with your breath, your body, your willingness to listen.
In this 10-minute practice from the 1000-Hour Teacher Training (Mt. Shasta, 2025), Kendra Cunov invites practitioners into a simple yet potent embodiment journey - one that infuses life back into the body through movement, awareness, and breath.
Close your eyes. Ask your body what it needs. Let breath and motion become the current that reawakens your system and restores your energy.
Whether used in the morning to begin your day with aliveness, as a mid-afternoon reset, or anytime your system needs a surge of energy - this practice will guide you back to the pulse of your own life force.
Note: The audio begins a few minutes into the session. Start on your feet, let the music move you, and trust the rhythm of your body to lead the way.
