Co-ed God Form: Being witnessed in your ancient essence

If the depth of your Love or Consciousness took a physical shape: ancient, wise, and radiating with energy–what would it look like? This is your God/Goddess Form. By fully embodying it, it becomes a powerful ally and anchor on your spiritual path and amplifies your transmission into the world.
In this practice from the October 2022 Teacher Training Intensive in Sedona Arizona, using the power of breath and sacred imagery, John will guide you to remember, reconnect, and embody your unique and powerful God/Goddess Form.
This was filmed as a co-ed practice so that participants could be witnessed in their God/Goddess Form and, with a partner’s support and invitation, bring even more of them forth.
If you are in partnership, you can complete this practice together, seated face to face with space in between you bow forward.
If you don’t have a partner, you can still benefit from this practice. When John instructs the partners to face each other, you would imagine your ideal God or Goddess sitting in front of you, standing, moving with you, and inviting you deeper into your own practice.
For feminine practitioners, we do have a solo Goddess Form practice at the link below:

Breath Instructions: Feel what it would be like to exhale and fog up a mirror with your breath. Now inhale without changing the shape of your mouth or the relaxation of your throat. That is the inhale you’ll use for this practice.
After you complete 30 breaths (John will guide you), you’ll hold your breath and drop your forehead to the floor. Pushing yourself in this breath practice is not recommended. Aim for a deep but relaxed experience. If you start to get dizzy, reduce the intensity of your breathing.
Who this practice is for:
This practice can be done by practitioners of all levels.
Practice setup:
This practice starts in a seated position and then transitions to a standing position for the final 20 minutes. Make sure you have some space to move at the end.
