In this 16-minute compilation from The Art of Sacred Intimacy (Austin, 2025), John explores how polarity moves in real moments — not as a performance, but as a fluid, embodied practice. He invites us to expand our capacity to inhabit both ends of the spectrum, and to relate from a place of presence, choice, and integration.
When we learn to hold both structure and surrender within ourselves, we stop clinging to roles and start creating real connection. This is where polarity becomes powerful — not in its extremes, but in our ability to move between them with awareness, depth, and love.
