- how you can evoke deeper love from your partner while owning and honoring your own needs
- how you can determine whether to stay in your relationship or leave from a place of honoring your own and your partner's needs
- how the feminine and masculine show up in various ways in all of us
- the difference between being present and embodying presence
- the importance of staying with your own practice in relationship, rather than trying to change your partner
- the feminine appears and recedes - what matters is your masculine connection to receive, witness and penetrate without being attached to how long it is there
- if you have a reversed polarity dynamic, how you can each create space for your own feminine & masculine practices in your relationship in order to return to polarity
- how you can embody the energies that will heal you and your partner, and how you can make your body a healing agent
- a practice for connecting to an emotion you've been avoiding, grounding it into your heart so you can feel it fully, amplifying it with sound, expressing it through your body, and then feeling the universal life force energy that generates the emotion and the consciousness witnessing the life force, separately and then combined
- how you can bring the depth of this awareness of feeling the life force and also being the conscious witness to any practice
