For this practice:
This practice was originally designed to be a Masculine partnered practice to support each other. You can absolutely follow along solo. You will begin standing with feet flat on the ground and slightly bent knees. The focus of this practice is to be more in your lower body, your thighs, your genitals, your feet. Bring your awareness to this part of your body so that when you move through the world, you are moving from that place in your body. John will walk you through a range of embodied Masculine archetypal darker energies; dark lover, warrior king and wolf in order to practice working with the Masculine penetrating qualities of ravishment, claiming and command in order to lead your partner into the Divine.
