There are two paths - one is the path of hunting for the truth of our patterns and personality, and the other is the path of expanding our capacity to open and love in any moment.
Both are needed and related, and they weave together.
We can be the deepest practitioner, but if we can't see who we are, nothing else matters. This is spiritual bypassing.
We want to build the muscle of self-reflection and the capacity to see ourselves, and build the muscle of openness and expression - the things that are part of practice.
When we combine the truth of what we are feeling with openness, it is magical.
Once we are aware of the truth, softening our bodies becomes so much easier.
Truth is love.
1. How to help your partner open their heart when it's closed?
Notice how we want someone to be a certain way so that we feel safe.

Offer your tension to the divine, open your heart and be free: https://johnwinelandstreaming.vhx.tv/feminine-practices/videos/offer-your-tension-to-the-divine-open-your-heart-and-be-free
See each other through the eyes of the heart: https://johnwinelandstreaming.vhx.tv/partner-practices/videos/19-see-each-other-through-the-eyes-of-the-heart
People want to open when the person in front of them is opening first, not when they are being told to open - it's relational physics.
2. Navigating the Male Gaze.
We were taught for 100's of years to focus in - when hunting or having sex, etc.
The antidote is to soften the gaze widely. And to soften the front of the body.
Practice playing with soft peripheral vision.

3. Struggling to set boundaries and to hold space during and breakup.
Holding the boundaries is the role of the masculine within you.

4. How to navigate the Eros within you and how the world responds and relates to it.
The best tantricas of the world - if you saw them on the street, you wouldn't know it.
A woman's eros fully owned is one of the most potent energies in the world.
There is a level of responsibility around it.

5. How to learn to ground and deepen within yourself when you haven't had role modelling for this.
Be The Rock https://johnwinelandstreaming.vhx.tv/videos/02-be-the-rock-pelvic-floor-breath-from-the-desert
Daily Grounding Meditation https://johnwinelandstreaming.vhx.tv/videos/daily-grounding-meditation

6. The masculine energy in the emotional context.
Masculine emotional body - more witness than experience to your emotions.
The masculine is just not swept away by their emotions.

7. How to maintain polarity while relating to the masculine in bringing something to them or a level of subject matter expertise.
Stay with the pulse of love.
Dress in a yummy way.
When not with a partner - stay with the heart (soft) and a strong spine. - deliver from the lower abdomen.
8. Attunement through a long-distance weather.
Ask for the weather.
Relate honestly rather than a persona.
If you want to be a deeper partner, look at what you bring to love.

Being an embodied yes to whatever she brings: https://johnwinelandstreaming.vhx.tv/partner-practices/videos/14-being-an-embodied-yes-to-whatever-she-brings
9. How to soften from a collapse.
Allow your throat, heart, etc, to get heavy and soft. Let your exhale soften even deeper.
10. What to do in practice when you are triggered.
Response to collapse is to soften - open while being afraid, hurt, etc.
11. Not ready for her open heart - unsure of how to contain or respond in the moment.
Always default to the truth, ie. "You are so beautiful right now, and I am afraid of this/I don't know what to do."
A way to stay with yourself rather than performing over it.
The practice is meant to get you to the real practice.
In this moment, maybe the practice is finding the limit of your capacity.
Check in and be kind to each other's nervous system - don't overwhelm the way you were overwhelmed.

Practice - Three-Part Breath Practic...
When two people come together in breath, something beyond the individual begins to emerge. Breath becomes the bridge. The conduit. The pulse of “we.” The outside world ceases to exist and all that is present is the love that exists between two individuals, moved by the pulse of life itself.

Desire is not just a longing — it is a transmission. A radiance. A force that wants to be felt, expressed, and received. But for many of us, claiming what we truly want feels risky. We fear being too much. Too tender. Too bold. So we stay quiet, and the very magic that could emerge through connec...

Practice - Moved By Pulse of Life
The pulse of life moves through us — not something we create, but something we receive. We are deeply connected to it, even when we forget.
But in the rush of daily demands, it’s easy to lose touch with the subtle current of energy that animates everything.
In the moments when we slow the body,...
